Queen Anne's Lace (Daucus carota) - Small #1
This pendant contains one small floret of Queen Anne's Lace (Daucus carota), dried and preserved in a prism-shaped casing of glass-like resin.
A native of the British Isles, Queen Anne's Lace (Daucus carota), otherwise known as Wild Carrot, is a common and iconic symbol of the late summer. It is so named due to the delicate white flower's resemblance to lace.
This specimen has been pressed and coated with a UV resistant finish prior to being encapsulated in resin.
The pendant measures 54mm long by 33mm wide, and 20mm thick. This pendant is one of a kind and will be wrapped in a manner similar to the last photo in the listing and come with a small tag stating the name of the species, stamped by hand and typed on a vintage typewriter.
Please let me know at checkout if you have a necklace length preference! Otherwise I will include an 18" chain by default.
