Buttercup (Ranunculus acris) - Large Crystalline Pendant #2

$25.00 Sold Out

This pendant contains one small specimen of Buttercup (Ranunculus acris), dried thoroughly and preserved in a clear thin cone of glass-like resin.

An iconic species of meadows and gardens across the globe, one of the more common Buttercups in Europe and North America, Ranunculus acris owes it's name, like all Buttercups, to it's intensely colored, shimmery yellow flowers. This is due to a special characteristic of Ranunculus flowers, the reflective surface of their petals, giving the flowers an iridescent appearance that is very distinct to the genus.

The pendant measures approximately 65mm long by 15mm wide, with stainless steel bail and chain.

Please let me know at checkout if you have a necklace length preference! Otherwise I will include an 18" chain by default.
