Wood Squill (Scilla siberica) - Large #1
$25.00 Sold Out
This pendant contains one small sprig of Jewelweed (Impatiens capensis) dried thoroughly and preserved in a clear point of glass-like resin.
A native of Europe, the iconic nodding white lily-like flower is perhaps best known for being one of the first flowers to bloom in the late winter and early spring, forming carpets of delicate white flowers that sometimes bloom through snowfall, hence it's name.
The specimen has been dried thoroughly and coated in a UV resistant finish prior to being embedded in epoxy resin. The cap and findings are made of sturdy stainless steel.
This pendant is one of a kind and will be wrapped in a manner similar to the last photo in the listing and come with a small tag stating the name of the species, stamped by hand and typed on a vintage typewriter.
Please let me know at checkout if you have a necklace length preference! Otherwise I will include an 18" chain by default.
