Tansy (Tanacetum vulgare) - Pendulum #1

This pendant contains one small sprig of Tansy (Tanacetum vulgare), dried thoroughly and preserved in a glass-like pane of resin. Tansy has a long and storied history of use in traditional medicine, and is still used to this day as a natural insecticide. It is believed to be a good luck charm for money, based on the bright yellow flowers which resemble small coins.

The pendulum measures approximately 1 1/8" (29mm) long by 7/16" (11.3mm) wide and comes on a 7" (178mm) chain. It will come with a tiny card stamped and typed by hand on an old typewriter stating the species embedded inside and will come wrapped in a manner similar to the last photo in this listing.

Note that this is not meant to be worn as it does not come on a chain long enough to be worn. This is a pendulum, a basic divination tool in a wide variety of occult practices. If you would like this piece instead on a wearable chain, please include a note stating so in the "note to seller" section of your purchase.
